Laguna Man Sentenced to 168 Months in Prison for Second-Degree Murder Conviction

BALTIMORE, MD—Tommy L. Phillips, age 55, of Frederick, Maryland, pleaded guilty today to bank fraud. The guilty plea was announced by United States Attorney for the District of Maryland Rod J. Rosenstein and Special Agent in Charge Richard A. McFeely of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Phillips worked in Frederick as a trust officer for PNC Bank.
